Massey does pushups during his warm up. Massey has been really active since he was young. He was in gymnastics when he was a kid.

Massey softly sprints to get his blood flowing. "I always try to make sure I am always moving during my exercises because I don't want my body to hit the cool off stage," Massey says. |
Massey prepares himself for his high knee warm ups. "I try to exercise everyday even when I don't have a track meet coming up because it keeps me in shape," Massey said. |
Massey does high-knee warm ups. He won the Region 2-6A championship for the 100-meter dash in a time of 10.57 breaking his and the schools record in the 100.

Massey juggles the ball with his feet. "I do like doing exercises with a soccer ball sometimes though because I feel like it helps me with foot coordination."
