Charlie Waters is a maintenance employee for Copper Beech Statesboro townhomes, who says his favorite part of the job is getting to help people.

"I've been here three years, going into my fourth turn now, fixing everything.  It's a good job, but a lot of work, a lot of hours sometimes, and that's maintenance.  You learn a lot of new stuff everyday."
