Mary Banks Garvin is a 15 year old student at Bulloch Academy in Statesboro, Georgia who is spending her summer practicing how to drive on her family's golf cart in order to prepare for her drivers license test coming up in the fall. "I am so excited to get my drivers license, because I love to drive and cannot wait to have my own car," Garvin said.
