Jessie works on her current portrait of her brother Lucas. She is using the fine tipped charcoal pencil to add some finishing touches to his face.

Jessie concentrates as she blends the area she just marked. Using the blending method, Jessie blends the white charcoal in to match the rest of the portrait.

Next Jessie moves on to adding some final touches to the ear. Detail is extremely important according to Jessie.

Jessie works on the outline of Lucas. She is using the blending stick to blend in where she just added white charcoal.
