Cheli Njoku starts her workday by preparing her tea. "I prefer to have green tea or mug water as a beverage to start my day," said Cheli Njoku. |
A Mugwater mix, Electric Frother, and Tea Mug are on the kitchen table. "I just discovered Mugwater as a morning beverage and I'm loving it so far," said Njoku. |
She is using her electric frother to mix up the hot beverage. "Just the simple luxury of using an electric frother to mix my drink makes me smile which sets the tone of the day," said Njoku. |

Another area Cheli works from home. "Rather than say I work from home; I work from anywhere because with a laptop and wifi I can virtually work anywhere," said Cheli. |

Cheli begins to start her walk. "Movement is very important to me as my job is very sedentary," Cheli said. |
Cheli continues her speed walk around the neighborhood. She usually starts around 5:30pm. |
Cheli finishes her speed walk for the day. She usually averages 10 to 15 thousand steps a day. This helps her maintain a healthy lifestyle. |
Cheli works on her personal blog. This is another way she respects her time during the day. |
