"I am the Multicultural Admissions Counselor. My job essentially is working to recruit multicultural students, specifically Hispanic students in the state of Georgia and Puerto Rico. I have been doing this for a little over a year. I am a Hispanic myself and I know that there's not a lot of access for multicultural and specifically minority students, so that was one of my motivations. My end goal is that they learn how to get through the process whether that be ending up here at Georgia Southern or ending up at another institution as long as they succeed."
