My bestfriend, DC Mooch, pulls up on his bike to meet me at my house. It has been over 2 weeks since we seen each other.
He comes with nothing but joyous energy. There is no telling what he has planned for our adventure today.
He is in deep thought though. He does not want to waste the day, so he wants to plan a fun activity for us to do.
He then thinks of an idea. He recalls that he left a kite at my house and he feels it would be the perfet day to fly it.
We grab 2 water bottles, capri suns, and 2 fruit snacks. How can you operate on an empty stomach?
He chooses the song he wants to lisen to. Music is an essential for us because we are both artist, can't do anything withought it.
Dc Mooch starts dancing. We get slightly distrated because he chose a song we made that we have not listened to in a minute.
Dc Mooch grabs the kite and starts to assemble it. The kite comes in parts, so the owner has to put it together to their liking.
Mooch ties the strings of the handles to the strings of the kite. The handles is what you use to steer the kite.
Mooch then loosens the strings of handles. This determines how high the actual kite goes.
Mooch repeats the steps on the other handles. Now the handy dandy work is finished.
He unties the ribbon of the kite. The ribbon is extra flare for the kite to make it look fancy in the air.
The Kite is ready for flight. Mooch finds a nice area to let the kite go for take off.
He flies the kite momentarily. It appears to be flying.
The kite proceeds to fall on the ground. Mooch is now frustrated because it continues to fall on the ground.
Mooch looks around for a better place to fly the kite. He looks towards the backyard because he sees a lot of breeze by the trees.
Mooch opens the gate to acess the backyard. He feels that this is where we can find a solution to our issue.
He then thinks of an even better idea. He says why don't we get on the roof where we can catch even more wind.
Mooch proceeds to climb the ladder and brings the kite up there too. He is more than positive that the new plan will work.
Mooch sucessfully flies the kite on the roof. After a lot of trials and tribulations, the mission is finally accomplished.
