Paul McCollum, 86 years old, is watching the 53rd annual 4th of July Parade in down town Saint Marys, Georgia. McCollum has been attending the parade just a few blocks from his house for the last 22 years, each year he sits by the curb in front of Saint Mary's Elementary school to catch a perfect view of all the decorated parade floats.
