Matthew Guillard is a chef at Sugar Magnolia Bar & Bistro in Statesboro, GA, he works there with his twin brother and is referred to as "Gilly" by his coworkers.
"I love to cook. I've been working at Sugar Magnolia since I was 17 years old when I was still in high school. I had a teacher who knew how much I liked to cook and he referred me here and I've been working here since. I love the people I work with, I would work in a coal mine with these people."
