Rashemell Bell is a night shift Waffle House employee in Statesboro, Georgia.
"I mean I like that we can eat, you get like three meals a day at night time. It's not really like physical work, you're not really tired after work -you get like two hours of sleep, after that you're up," Bell said. "But what I hate about the job - if you don't get as much hours as you need, you can't just be like oh I'm [going to] get overtime ... you just get whatever they put you on."
