Originally the building was a
Buster's the siblings worked at as teenagers. In 2019, the two decided to
purchase the
establishment.

An employee in action, scooping and preparing ice cream perfection. Most people enjoy working here because it's easy and simple, plus they love ice cream.
One double scooped ice cream cup... ready at the window. A different employee hands the customer their treat.
While many companies struggled during
the height of the pandemic, Double Scoop strived. "Drive-thru honestly saved us.
I feel like "ur drive-thru makes us kinda Covid-pandemic proof," said Bazemore.
"People were tired of sitting in the house, so they would come out to get ice
cream, giving people a break from quarantine."
Right before closing, a woman brings her grandchildren to double scoop for the first time. She proceeds to place an order of one sundae, four small ice cream cups, and one waffle cone.
Raydrain, 7, throws up the peace sign
while holding his praline ice cream in a waffle cone. "This is some of
the best ice cream I ever had," said Raydrain.
Raydrain joins the rest of his
siblings as they gather around each other, eating ice cream. What a perfect way
to end the day.
