[ PHOTOSTORY 4: STRUGGLE] Running while getting older

Handley cooling down after his run. Cooling down after exercise is vital for your heart rate and blood pressure to make a full recovery.

Handley drinking his water he filled before he left. You should intake one and a half more times the fluid you lost while exercising.
