[PHOTOSTORY 2:MOTION] Outdoor workouts with Madison

Madison Penn is starting her day with an outdoors workout. Today is was sunny and 75.

She rolls out her workout mat. She has a nice sidewalk she is able to place in on off the grass. 

Madison starts with a plank. She tries to hold it for a minute. 

She leans backward in a stretch. "This makes me feel relaxed and stretches out my sore muscles" said Penn.

Next she does push ups. She does 3 sets of 20. 

Into another stretch she goes. This one is good for stretching your back. 

Madison does a lunge. She did 3 sets of 15 on each leg. 

Madison moves on to another work out. This one is like riding an imaginary bike. 

Madison goes on a short run. Her neighborhood is a circle so she just does 3 laps. 



Madison finished lap 3. She tries to lower her time each week. 



Madison does more push ups.

Madison does high kicks. She does them on both legs. 

Madison stretches her arms. "I honestly prefer to work out outside rather than indoors" said Penn. 

Madison bends down to touch her toes. This is another good stretch for her back. 

Madison does a squat. She did 3 sets of 20 today. 

Madison does jumping jacks. The sun was really shining by this point. 

Madison takes a quick break before her next workout. "It finally feels like Summer" said Madison. 

Madison lays down to start her sit ups. She jokes about how this is her favorite part. 

Madison finishes her last set. She ended her workout with 3 sets of 15 sit ups. 
Madison rolls up her mat. She was able to get a quick work out in within the hour to start her morning.
