[Photostory 4 Struggle] The Grueling Jiu-Jitsu Experience



The Boro Martial Arts Centers located on Northside Dr. East is open Monday through Friday. The dojo offers three different types of martial arts; Karate, Krav Maga, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

During the final five minutes of the lesson, the instructor Quentin Rosenzweig demonstrates the final move of the lesson with the aid of student Justin Herr. The new technique demonstrates a hold-to-lock position that happens in under two seconds.
