Hello! I am Emmie Reeves and I am a multimedia journalism major. My knowledge on photography in general is not very deep. My first time ever using a DSLR camera was last semester in one of Dr.Riley's other courses. Although I might not be very skilled yet I am extremely passionate about photography and photojournalism. My grandfather has taken pictutes of our family vacations, sporting events, holiday dinners, and everythign in between for as long as I can remember, and he passed his love of photography down to my mother. My mom now photographs everything we do so we can keep the memories with us for our entire lives. She is the one who has inspired me the most to start taking photos to capture anything and everything that I might want to rember forever. I am looking forward to learning more and becoming a better photographer and journalist this semester!
