"What I love most about my job is that I get the chance to make a difference in someone's life. I work a lot with kids, and it is amazing to see how excited they get when they hear something clearly for the first time. And then there are the older patients, too. I have had a few patients tell me that they can finally hear their grandkids again, and that really reminds me of how important this kind of work is!"
