Max Champion kicks his feet up on his work break. He has to be back by 5 PM for his six hour shift.
Max checking for the mail man. He is waiting on a Father's Day gift to arrive for his dad.
The mailman has been spotted in the neighborhood. Max decides to kill some time until the mailman arrives.
Max makes sure to make time to let Nelly go outside to play and use the bathroom. She's an Australian Shepherd so she has tons of energy to get out.
Play time with Nelly! Max gets ready to throw Nelly's favorite toy, Gus the Eagle.
Max rears back and gets ready to throw Gus. Nelly stands on her back two feet waiting to sprint.
The water is on and ready to go. Nelly is in for a treat.
Finally Nelly's water bowl is full. She drinks with joy as Max goes back to turn off the water.
Max closes the gate behind him and locks Nelly in. He tells her to sit and wait while he goes to check the mail.
Max opens up the mailbox and is not pleased. There is indeed mail, but no Father's Day gift to be found.
Max's vibes were definitely lowered after this. He now has to wait until Monday for his package and is about to have to go back into work.
Max looks in his fridge for something to drink and cool himself off. After playing with Nelly outside and checking the mail, he has worked up a sweat.
Max is once again left disappointed. He realizes that there is nothing to drink and that he now has to go to the grocery store in the morning.
Max decides to blow off some steam before having to go back in for his second shift. He sits down and turns on the Playstation.
