"Out of high school I wanted some money and started serving here in 2023. After a year and half I started managing. Every day I meet new people and love the interactions I have with them on the daily. Even though I'm not a nurse or a doctor, I like helping people and I think that I definitely help make people's days better. Hospitality isn't just about brining food to the table, it's how you make them feel. That's what I like to say to myself to keep me going. I also especially like the culture here. We have a lot of Hispanic people that work here and I'm half Mexican, half white too. It's cool having a lot of Spanish speakers here and especially with the World Cup going on. Everybody's crazy in the kitchen when a match is on so it's a good time."
