PHOTO 1 = A photo that clearly showcases the Rule of Thirds using a person who is doing something. Try to get that action, whatever they're doing, as perfectly aligned on an intersection point in the Rule of Thirds as you can.
PHOTO 2 = A photo that showcases a main subject that is clearly framed by something in the foreground of the shot. Make this a low-aperture shot so the items framing the subject are out of focus, but the subject is in focus. Bonus points for extra creativity.
PHOTO 3 = A photo that showcases a main subject that is clearly framed by something in the foreground. Make this one a high-aperture shot, so that the items framing the subject and the subject themselves are the same amount of in-focus. Bonus points for extra creativity.
PHOTO 4 = A photo that showcases your ability to take a photo of a primary subject with a VERY CLEAN background. And I mean squeaky clean. Remember to use the sky to your advantage, and that might mean shooting low-to-high angle.
