[PHOTOSTORY 2: MOTION] Basketball Games in Motion at the RAC

Players look onward toward what is happening on the other end of the court at the RAC in Statesboro, Georgia. The RAC was opened in 1998 as mentioned on the Georgia Southern website.

Tahje Boyd, drives past his defenders for a layup. Boyd was noted as having been playing basketball his "whole life."

Players look at a shot going into the basket. Ossie Schectman is credited with having made the first shot in NBA history.

Players get back in transition during the game. While the RAC has eight indoor basketball courts it is also located nearby M.C. Anderson Park, which has outdoor basketball courts, as mentioned on the Georgia Southern website. 

Lamont Ballard shoots a jump shot to warm up for the next game. The RAC on the Statesboro campus stays open from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Thursday and has adjusted hours for the rest of the week according to the Georgia Southern website.
