[PHOTOSTORY 1] A Friday Night at Downtown Duluth Town Green

Downtown Duluth presented their Annual Food Truck Friday at Town Green in Duluth, Georgia. This is a vending setting where different food trucks and small businesses come together to sell their products. 


People enjoying the different vendors at Duluth Town green. People come out to Duluth town green everyday.


Individuals waiting in line to receive Italian Ice from the food truck. Giovanni’s Italian Ice presented many flavors such as Cherry, Mango, Coconut, and Georgia Peach.

Audraya Scales (R), Carol Scales(L), Layla Scales(M) are enjoying their frozen beverages, while Bill Scales is just sitting down.  “Layla and I got our Icees from Giovanni’s Italian Ice Food Truck and it’s really tasty,” said Carol Scales. 

Stephen Triphahan, Sally Gustafson, Noelle Williams are socializing and enjoying each other's company. “I’m so excited that Duluth started doing their Food Truck Fridays again this year especially with everything going on,” said Noelle Willams.


People are waiting to receive their food from Five Fingers Philly. Five Finger Philly is a food truck that serves its famous Philly all over the Metro Atlanta area. 


Three individuals are showing off their Icees. They received their Icees from Giovanni’s Italian Ice. 


Amber Holley and Winta Marshall are presenting their business called Lebeau Maison. Lebeau Maison is a black-owned candle business that sells candles and linen mist. 


Lebeau Maison presents different products on the table. The products were homemade waxing candles. 


Bianca Hernandez is smelling one of the candles while Patricia Ovalles is observing her. “The candle smelt amazing,” said Hernandez. 


Hernandez allowed Ovalles to smell the candle. These young ladies were inside the tent of Lebeau Maison candle business. 


Winta Marshall is looking at the customer and seeing if she likes the product. Marshall handed the customer one of their linen mist sprays.
Marshall and Mcneil are looking at the products. Marshall was showing Mcneil one of their products.

Tamara Mcneil is observing the products at Lebeau Maison. The products are wick candles which are made from luxuries blends of natural waxes. 


Angel Abdul Matin is seeing if her customer needs any help. Matin is out here in downtown Duluth promoting her small business called Beyond Dreams Jewelry. 


 

Different accessories are displayed on the table. Angel sells her accessories for $5. 


People are observing the jewelry. The jewelry is run by a small black-owned business.


People are huddled together talking to each other. This area is right in the middle of the food trucks and vendors.


People are laughing and enjoying their drinks. The two ladies were listening to the guy talk about his business.
People are having a great time around the food trucks. The event was a huge success and a lot of individuals attended it.
