[PHOTOSTORY 2: MOTION] An alternative gym

Löddeköping, a small city in the south of Sweden have been trying to encourage the population to workout outside and not use the gyms as much. Here is on of their trials and outdoor gym they are providing as a alternative. 

Johanna Altheden 21 is using the trial and the outdoor gym three times a week. She is usually running with friends but decided to go for a run alone this time. 
Johanna Altheden just started her first lap in the trial and are warming up with some slight jogging. The trial is 2,5 km and she is usually doing two laps. 

The trial is hidden in one of many forests in Löddeköpinge. It keeps the wind out and gives the trial users privacy. 

Johanna Altheden stoped to tie her shoes. Johanna are saying that it is very nice to run right now because it is around 55 farenhiet degrees and the sun is peeking through the trees. 

Johanna Altheden is back on her feet again and ready to keep going. Johanna prefers to run outdoors compared to indoors because of the nature. 
There are marker all around the trial so the visitors can keep track of the distance. Unfortunately have most of them been vandalized according to Johanna Altheden. 

Johanna Altheden are running towards the end of the trial. She is starting to breath havier and she says shes getting tired. 
Johanna Altheden stops to do some pushups at a big stone. She is saying that those are actually places all around the trial for people to rest at or even exercise with like herself right now. 

Johanna Althden decides to walk in a fast tempo the last 100 meters of the trial. Johanna is usually doing this to control her breathing and try to get down her pulse while still moving her body. 

Johanna Althden are enjoying the views of the green landscape. She is saying that it is not always this sunny when she is out in the trial and that she is trying to take in the surroundings a little bit more when there are no rain or clouds. 

Johanna Altheden are demostraitng here how to use a bench as a fitness exercise. She usually do this when she gets tired and need to take a break from the running. 
After the run are Johanna Altheden using a tree as a stretching assistant. She is saying that the trial provides all kinds of objects that are working just as fine as a gym. 

By the parking at the start and also the ned of the trial are some outdoor gym stations. Johanna Alteden is here using a wooden log as a squat weight. 

The outdoor gym are also like the trial hidden behind the trees for privacy reasons according to Johanna Altheden. She is saying that is very appreciated to not have cars driving past when she is working out. 

At the end of the workout is Johanna Altheden stretching out again. There are plenty of trees to take help from to keep the balance when stretching. 

The trial has a club house with lockerrooms. Johanna Altheden is using on of the stretching tools the club house are providing the visitors. 

Johanna Altheden is stretching her clafs by using the provided tools. She is saying that it might not be as much as you can find in a gym but there is enough to be able to stay active.

The gym bult by the clubhouse. The reason it was built was for people who are not able to go to gym during a pandemic, so they can still stay active and healthy at the same time accorind to Johanna Altheden.
