[ PHOTOSTORY 2: MOTION ] The Recreation Activity Center (RAC) In Motion

Jonathan Kamba lifts a weighted bar. "I like working out because it makes us stronger and I like the feeling it gives me before lifting weights."


Messiah Reid, an Exercise Science student, lifts a 65-pound weight into the air. Reid has been working out for 10 years.

Brice Watson, a senior, completes his hammer curls. Watson is an Exercise Science student.

Jalene Sanders and Krislyn Freeman play a pickup game of Basketball at the RAC. Jalene and Krislyn both played basketball in high school.

Krislyn and Jalene toss a basketball to the net. "Playing basketball is a good way to make friends and be social," Sanders stated.

Christian Glover uses the weighted ropes at the RAC. Glover is a senior, Sports Management student.

Christian Glover continues to use the weighted ropes. Glover has been working out for 4 years. "I have been working out for 4 years, but I played football in high school."
