"Downtown Savannah is one of my favorite spots to come and watch the city with a cup of coffee," Rogers said. "I come down here with my dog every weekend. He kept me sane during the pandemic, which was very difficult for me. I lost my wife and he was the only one there to keep me company. Things have been hard, but I'm managing."
