Start off by setting up the well with ice and liquor. You must also set out your bar matts and straws.
After the cups are restocks its the bartenders job to set up his or her station. Depending on the night depends on which cups or buckets will be set up.
The bartender is responsible for stocking all liquor behind the bar and on their well/station. They must go back to the "liquor room" for supplies.
The bartender must go to the walk in cooler to grab beers, seltzer's , and limes. They also need to check to see if any of the kegs need to be replaced.
Bartender Talon and barback Gavin wait as customers get ready to order. Bartenders must wait behind the well at all times, and if they leave they must get someone to cover their well.
Talon leans of his well to pour some shots for some waiting customers. He must remember every shot and drink the bar can make.
Barback Gavin is restocking wave vodka now that the bar has been open for a few hours. It is his job to restock behind the bars once the bar is open.
Barback Gavin is refilling the well with ice. It his not only his job to restock liquor but also ice.
Head bartender Kinsley is counting cash tips. She does this at 12:30, 30 minutes before the bar closes at 1 AM.
This is the view of the stage the bartender 4 and 5 had at 12:30. Each well has a number which is designated to a bartender. The first step once the bar is closed is to close out all checks. Also to add credit card tips to the POS.
Manger Bryce is helping out the bartenders finish tips. After a busy night it can take up to two hours to finish tips and money.
The bartenders are in charge of cleaning the bar. Not only everything behind the bar but on the bar as well.
Bartender Fredd is waiting in the office for his money. It is the job of the head bartender Kinsley and manager Bryce to count money and tips.
