[PHOTOSTORY 3: ADITL] Managing the Crazy

Annalise O’Connor opening up the office for the day. She’s the Finance and Operations manager and the supervisor of all 8 employee’s at her office, so she has to make sure everything is ready for the day. 

Annalise is at the white board going over tasks that need to be completed for the day. She likes to keep this running list so her employees can always see what needs to be completed in a visual way.

Annalise sitting down at her computer to check emails and invoices that were paid from the time she got off yesterday and early this morning. She has to stay on top of the finances on top of her other responsibilities.

She is writing notes as reminders for things that she needs to accomplish today. Right now, she's calling members of her organization to update their contact information.

Annalise talks on the phone to one of her members to get their information updated. "I love getting to talk to each member of our organization, and I talk to someone new that I haven't met yet every day," says Annalise.

She is filing away the information that she got from the member that she just spoke with. She likes to stay organized and filing things is a great way to keep track.

Annalise checking on Bobby to see if there is anything that she can help him with for the day. She does this with each employee every morning to make sure that they have everything that they need.

Annalise and Bobby are chatting about the upcoming deadlines for advertisements in the organizations newest magazine publication. Bobby sells the advertisements to local businesses, and Annalise keeps track of the payments.

Annalise is answering all of Bobby's question about the magazine ads. "I like to make sure that we cover all of our bases, so nobody is left wondering about something they're doing - especially if it's making our organization money," said Annalise.

Annalise adding up Bobby's ad sales. She adds them into the spreadsheet to keep up with them to make sure that he gets paid the commission that he has earned!

Annalise filling up an old milk jug with water. Friday's are chore days at her office and watering the plants is one of her chores.

Annalise watering the plants on the front porch of her office. Her office is located at an old historic home, so she likes to make sure that it always looks well kept.

Annalise handing off the mail to Desiree. Desiree is the Office Admin and part of her duties are to go through the mail and distribute it to each person in the office. 

Annalise sweeping the kitchen. Sweeping is her second chore, so she makes sure the floors are nice and clean before everyone leaves for the weekend!

Annalise greeting a customer at the front door. "We like to meet our guests at the door, so that we can welcome them with a smile and help them with everything that they need," stated Annalise.

Annalise is packing a welcome bag that a customer requested. She loves to show off all of the awesome things that her organization has to offer. 

Annalise reading some information as she puts it into the bag. She says, "I learn something new everyday at work, and that is one of my favorite things about my job!"

Annalise poses in the entrance. She stated, "I love getting to manage all of the great people who work here and offer great customer service to every guest that comes through the door."

Annalise sending a funny meme to her team. She likes to end the day on a positive and refreshing note and let everyone know that sometimes stuff happens that is out of their control, but they have to keep moving.

Annalise closing the office for the evening. It's time to go enjoy her weekend after a long week!
