Charles Irving is an internet installant for AT&T. He is showcasing his process that he does everyday to install internet.
First, Charles has to seek out the problem. He notices that one of the wires was cut from what it looks like someone cutting the grass.
Charles has to remove the wire from the system. He does this so he can make room for the new wire.
Once he picks up a signal, he is now ready to put the entire cord back to the system. He connects a green piece that allows the cord to attatch to the entire system.
He proceeds to do the same thing with the bottom support. Now the cord is ready to be removed.
As Charles removes the system, he realizes that it is just one small piece that is broken. This means that he does not have to replace the entire system.Charles has to seperate the broken piece from the others. This way, he does not accidently clip the pieces that are still in tact.
Charles proceeds to clip the brooken wire. Now he is ready to attatch the new one.Charles has now properly removed the broken piece from the rest of the wires. He folds this peice so he can properly dispose of it.
Charles has to now attact the new piece to the system. He clips the piece because the cord was too long.
After Charles attatches the new piece, he has to make sure that it is working. He uses a device to detect the sensitivity.
Charles has to check to see if the internet before he completes the installation. He connect the cords to his device to ensure.Charles reads the device and it says there is a strong internet connection. He is now ready to complete the installation.
Charles screws the top of the pole down. He is relieved because he is almost done with the installation.
Charles writes down the code to the new signal. This wy it is easier for the next installer to maneuver.
Charles then goes instide the house to make sure the connection is good. The internet is now working and his job is complete.
