| 111 South is an off-campus apartment complex specifically for the students at Georgia Southern University. Come August, there will be many new residents moving into these apartments. |

| 111 South is fairly close to campus. It is just two turns down the road from the Lakeside Dining Hall. |
 |
| In total, there are 4 buildings. Each of them are four stories tall. |
 |
| This is the clubhouse and leasing center for 111 South. Residents and future residents can come here to talk to the people that work here about anything dealing with their apartment or a lease. |

| You will be greeted by people at the front desk as soon as you walk in. A lot of the people that work here are also students. |
 |
| There is a lounge where you can hang out either by yourself or with friends in the clubhouse. There are multiple TV's and even a massage chair for the residents that come in. |
 |
| There is also a pool table in the lounge. Posters, chairs, and plants are placed within the lounge as well. |
 |
| The clubhouse features a small gym where residents work out at. There are treadmills, dumbbells, and other machines inside of it. |
 |
| There are several quotes scattered around on the walls of the gym. If you are looking for some extra motivation while working out, just look to the side. |
 |
| These apartments are circled by bishes, plants, flowers, and trees. When you step outside to walk to your car you will see a whole lot of green. |
 |
| 111 South is a gated community. Gates cover the main parts of the complex and a specific key is needed to get into the apartments. |
 |
| A lot of students went home for the summer. Only a few of them remain in Statesboro. |
 |
| Parking spots circle the complex. Guest parking is found in the back behind building 2. |
 |
| Each room comes with a sliding door. If you want to bring some fresh air into your home, all you have to do is open it. |
 |
| There are several bike racks around the complex. If you are someone who likes to ride their bike around campus, then these racks offer you a safe place to lock them up. |
 |
| A resident had a leak from their washing machine. Their carpet got wet so they placed it outside to dry. |
 |
| The maintenance people are getting tools and other supplies in response to the leak. They ride around the complex in these carts. |
 |
| This is the residential pool at 111 South. It is in the middle of the whole complex. |
 |
| There are also grills and plenty of chairs at the pool. Sometimes cookouts and small gatherings happen here. |
 |
| This is a flower growing around the pool. The pool is fenced off by a gate, bushes, and trees. |
