[PHOTOSTORY 2: MOTION] Working out at the RAC

  Upper body is important when working out. Carter a Georgia Southern engineering major never skips   upper body day.


        Carter likes to focus on the pull down exercise working on both his back and upper body.
        
        He described this work out as a superset of the previous one.

        He makes sure to pull to machine as close to his body as possible to get the maximum result.

        He has to always keep good posture while also working out to get the best result.

    In Carter's facial expression you can see the effort he is putting in for this particular work out.

        Many other students come to the RAC and take advantage of the opportunity to work out.

     Good form is also key, keeping his elbows in to not get injured.

    The veins are popping out of his arms due to him being on his last reps.

     The main reason Carter works out is to keep him in shape.

        This particular work out requires numerous reps to complete.

     Working out for Carter is also a peace of mind for him, working out also clears his mind.

     He tries to come to the gym as much as possible to stay in tip top shape.

        He keeps his hands in as close as possible while completing this workout.

        After numerous hours in the gym Carter nears the end of his workout.

        Carter is always laser focused when he is working out,

        He never switches his grip on this workout and always uses the bottom handles.

        Carter wears his headphones to keep him focused while he's working. out.

        Carter keeps his arms out wide and pulls down incorporating numerous parts of his upper body.

        In his finishing sets Carter explained how had he has to push through to finish.
