[PHOTOSTORY 3: ADITL] Ginny Hendley and Hendley Properties

Ginny Hendley answers a phone call from a resident. Ginny is Ray's daughter and is the Property Manager of all Hendley Properties' rentals.


Ginny's picture on a shelf in the office. Ginny studied communications and dreamed of being a therapist, instead she got her real estate license and joined the family business.


Ginny instructs leasing agent JD Edgar on his tasks for the day. Ginny considers herself a laid back boss and develops personal relationships with all of her employees.


JD answers some emails per Ginny's instructions. The summer is their busiest time of the year because of lease turnaround times.


Ginny talks to a friend on the phone while she sits at her desk. She's making Friday night plans.


Ginny's real estate license on her desk. Hendley Properties owns more than 500 properties in Statesboro.


Ginny adds payment information into the system for some of their tenants. Hendley Properties requires tenants to come pay their rent in person at their office or over the phone.


Leasing agent Ashley Gaston makes some copies for Ginny. She has worked at Hendley Properties for about a year.

Ginny asks leasing agent Wyatt Quinn to cut some keys for new residents.


Wyatt cuts keys for Ginny. They hand cut all their keys.


Ginny asks Ashley to call local donut places and see if they will donate a free dozen in exchange for being posted on the Hendley Properties socials. She has just realized it is National Donut Day.


Ashley decides which donut place to try and get a free dozen from. Their requests ended up getting denied.



Ginny talks on the phone with her dad, Ray Hendley. He is out to lunch with a friend for the afternoon.


Wyatt answers some phone calls for Ginny. She sometimes steps out to run errands, get lunch, or get her nails done.


Back to work for Ginny. She is dealing with an aggressive dog at one of their units.
