I am looking over the exercises I have to do. I have a total of 9 exercises to do.
Stretching out my muscles to wake up my body. Stretching is helping me prevent another injury while I am doing my exercises. |
Doing another exercise to get my body going. This was my least favorite one doing. |
I am rolling around during my break towards the kitchen. An energy boost was very much needed. |
I am stretching to relieve some stress off of my injury. Stretching really loosens up the muscles that are working during the exercises.
I am getting a cup out of the pantry. Staying hydrated is key through the exercises.
looking for a cup. I am in need of a taste of water.I am opening up the cabinet door
Filling up my cup with water. Water is going to help me get an energy boost.
Drinking a cup of water while resting in between excerises. Water really gets me through the day.

Doing another exercise to add strength in my foot. Closing out on the exercises for the rountine.
Reaching in the refrigerator. I am getting the bowl of watermelon.
Looking for a snack. I am able to grab the watermelon out of the refrigerator.
Opening up the freezer door. Looking for the ice packs.
Retrieving the ice out of the freezer. Need two so that both sides of the leg is cooling down.
Wrapping the ice so that my skin won't get too cold. Ice is a key factor in the recovery.
Realxing after doing the stretches. Putting on ice to relax the muscles.
