[PHOTOSTORY 1: OUTDOORS] Boro Browse

Georgia Southern's annual "Boro Browse" event begins and local small businesses and organizations are awaiting the opportunity to talk with students. 


Store manager of Statesboro's Pizza Hut, Teneka Griffin, is alongside shift leader, Ashley Wilson, as they table to promote the restaurant and to recruit potential employees. 



Lunatic Design showcases its 3D printed animal figures, as well as a printed list of custom figurines that are offered. 



"It can take up to 14 hours to make a single dragon figure. I have fourteen separate 3D printers in my house," Richard Wynn, the owner of Lunatic Design, said.



Richard Wynn, the designer and creator behind Lunatic Designs, shows off one of his favorite and newest 3D printed figurine, "The Smiling Ladybug." 



One of Galactic Tabletop Gamers volunteers, Elizabeth, shows off some of their best known boardgames. "Every Friday, we invite people to just show up with a board game they may not know how to play, and we teach them," Elizabeth said. 


Galactic Tabletop Gamers invites students to take a game dice home with them to keep. 



Georgia Southern students listen and learn more about the different off-campus organizations. 



An off-campus church ministry, Christ's Crowd, gives out Jesus figurines and flyers to students to share who they are and their purpose.



Barista from Two Story Coffee, Daisy Davis, tells Georgia Southern students more about who they are and offers free chai coffee samples. 


Two Story Coffee showcases some books by putting them in envelopes and having employees handwrite their own summaries of the books. 


The Button is a local nonprofit organization which distributes free hygiene items discreetly to schools in Bulloch county. The Buttons' social media coordinator, Tyler Martin, helped create gift baskets of donated items to put on display on their table.


The Button receives donations such as toothpaste, deodorants, feminine products, soaps and more.  



Georgia Southern students play a game that allows them to try and guess faculty and liaison's on campus, by only being given specific clues. 



Several students are about to find out if they have guessed their liaison correctly.



A student has just picked out their favorite set of rings and is ready to purchase them. 



A local business which specifically creates merchandize for National Pan-Hellenic Council organizations showcases some of their winter items. 


The Golden Doodle, Whiskey, receives pets from friendly students as they shop and look around the Boro Browse event. 



One of the main pastors from Body of Christ Church, Steve, explains to students the purpose and impact of his church and informs them of some ways that they can get involved. 



The Boro Browse ends another year with students leaving with delicious free samples and more ways to get involved around Statesboro.
