[PHOTOSTORY 4: STRUGGLIN' TO GET READY FOR A BORO SATURDAY NIGHT OUT]

Ionica's car keys lay on her purse after finally arriving home. Ionica had just gotten off from work at 10:45 p.m. and had to rush to get ready to go out with friends before 11:30, but the process was not easy and quick.

Clothes are taken out of shopping bags and thrown on the bed as Ionica searches for what to wear. Ionica recently purchased several new pieces, so she decided to search through those clothes first.

She begins searching through her drawers, hoping to still find something. She didn't want to wear any of the new purchased pieces.

Ionica's drawers are left open after deciding to search for an outfit in her closet. "Time seem like it's going by so fast," said Ionica while laughing. "I'll worry about that later."

She contemplates on whether to take medicine for her slight headache. Due to jumping from trying to complete one task to another, she realized she needed to slow down.


Ionica plugs her speaker into her extension cord to play music as she continues to get ready. She added that music typically helps her feel calm while getting ready for occasions.

Her makeup bag is placed on her countersink top. After finally deciding on an outfit, she moved on to her makeup.

Ionica searches for her beauty blenders to begin her makeup process. A friend called to see how much more time she needed to get ready.

After finishing up with applying her foundation, she starts her lip makeup. "It's mandatory to have a good lip combo," said Ionica.

After finalizing with applying makeup, she begins to wipe off slight foundation. "Girl, I have to wipe some off and slow down. It was looking a lil too cakey," said Ionica.

She swoops her edges before styling her plaits. The process was quick due to using her favorite edge control.

Ionica contemplates which set of shades she would want to wear with her fit. "Shades just compliment your outfit literally."

Ionica decides on the pink shades. According to her, the pink shades matched better.

Ionica begin putting on her new shoes. She was excited to wear them being that they were a new purchase as well.

She poses once fully dressed. After this photo was taken, she changed her top again!

Bath and Body work scents are laid out on the bed for choosing. She chose to wear the "You're the One" scent since it's her favorite.

Before heading out, she snaps a selfie at her ring light. Outside of taking selfies, she uses her ring light for hair styling she does outside of her full time job.

Ionica switches purses, making sure she had all necessities. "I switch my purses so much, I tend to misplace my I.D.," said Ionica.

Last but not least, Ionica heads out in the Boro Saturday night streets of fun with friends after rushing to prepare. She ended up leaving around 12 a.m. instead of 11:45p.m.
