[PHOTOSTORY 1: OUTDOORS] Saturdays at the ball field

Blakely Graham poses for a picture before her first softball game of the day. Blakely is currently playing for the Bulloch Elite 14U team, but sometimes picks up with other travel teams.


Blakely talks to her dad, Alex Graham, before her first softball game. Alex has always been supportive of Blakely's passion for softball and regularly helps her practice at home.

Blakely throws the first pitch of the morning. Though she has been playing softball for years, she just recently started pitching. 


Melissa Clarke, mother of #11 Abbigail Clarke, watches intently as Bulloch Elite gets started. The parents of the girls are out at the ball field for sometimes as long as 12 hours, every single Saturday during the season.

Coach Dana gives Blakely a word of advice before she goes up to bat. He likes to do this with all his players to make them feel confident.


Alex watches Blakely from his folding chair. Each week him and his wife bring two chairs and plenty of snacks and gatorades to share with all the girls.

Blakely and Kylie Carroll watching the game from the dugout. Most of the girls on the team, Kylie included, are 13 and up, making Blakely the youngest player at 12.
